Building Walls of Assurance of Salvation

(for anytime you have doubts about your salvation)

Father, I believe Your Holy Word which says

John 5:24 “Most assuredly, I say to you, he who hears My word and believes in Him who sent Me has everlasting life, and shall not come into judgment, but has passed from death into life.

John 10:27-30 27 My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me. 28 And I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; neither shall anyone snatch them out of My hand. 29 My Father, who has given them to Me, is greater than all; and no one is able to snatch them out of My Father’s hand. 30 I and My Father are one.”

John 11:225-26

25 Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in Me, though he may die, he shall live. 26 And whoever lives and believes in Me shall never die. Do you believe this?”

1 Peter 1:3-5

Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who according to His abundant mercy has begotten us again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, 4 to an inheritance [a]incorruptible and undefiled and that does not fade away, reserved in heaven for you, 5 who are kept by the power of God through faith for salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.

Romans 8:-39

For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, 39 nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Father,

I have received Jesus Christ as my savior, but sometimes I doubt that You have truly saved me. Help me realize those doubts are being whispered by Your enemy. Reassure my heart today, Lord, that my salvation did not depend on me. It was paid by Jesus Christ when He died on the Cross for my sins. Build walls of faith in this area of my life so strong and high that it would easily deflect attack by the enemy who whispers words of doubt and feat. Cause me to hunger for Your Holy Word so You can build my faith to bring You glory. Draw me to a life of prayer so our relationship can grow deep and strong. Remind me that nothing can separate me from the love of Christ. May Your will be done in my life so that I can walk in complete fellowship with You. I ask in Jesus’ name, Amen.
